Step 1. Create your account

Register online to create your free account. Check your email for an account verification link, then select “Verify Account”. Login to your account and view the details of your new shipping address.

Step 2 Start Shopping Online

Shop your favorite online stores or give family and friends your US shipping address to get your packages to you. Receive your packages faster by creating a Pre-Alert for fast-track package processing.

Step 3. Arrival Alert

Your packages will be delivered to our US warehouse address and placed on the next available flight to Jamaica. Each package will be entered into our database in order to give you timely location updates. Remember to upload your invoice to your package profile online for hassle-free clearance.

Step 4. Get your packages

Once your packages are successfully cleared, we’ll take them to your local store and you’ll receive a notification that they’re ready for pickup. You may then pickup your package in-store or schedule a delivery online to have your package delivered.

We usually have a flight twice or sometimes three (3) times per week. So after we have received your package, it is sent to Jamaica within a minimum of 1, maximum of 3 days.
